Shipping Lead Times

Orders placed for in-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days. If there are any shipping delays, the Omnirax Furniture Company will inform you and keep you updated regarding your delivery status.

 

MeDesk 2.0 White Glove Delivery

MeDesk 2.0 desks are delivered assembled, inside to your room of choice, and all packaging materials removed.

Your ergonomic desk will travel via LTL carrier to your local Final Mile Delivery Terminal.

As soon as orders are shipped, we will email a shipment confirmation with a tracking number to track the shipment to the local delivery terminal. Transit times to terminals can vary from 2 to 14 business days depending on the location.

When your curved standing desk arrives at the Final Mile Delivery Terminal, it will be fully inspected. If any damage is found, they will contact the Omnirax Furniture Company to arrange for replacement parts before making a delivery appointment. The Omnirax Furniture Company will notify you if there are any delivery delays.

Once the desk is fully assembled and initialized at the Terminal, it is ready to deliver, and the Final Mile Delivery Terminal will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient delivery appointment that will take place within a 4-hour window.

Your ergonomic desk will be brought into your home or office, delivered to your room of choice, and plugged in for you, and all packaging materials will be removed.

 

COVID-19 Precautions

The Omnirax Furniture Company values the health and wellness of all our customers and delivery professionals alike. Delivery agents will follow all local health department guidelines. If you prefer a contactless delivery, please inform your Final Mile Delivery Terminal when they contact you to schedule your delivery to make specific arrangements.

 

Isolated White Glove Deliveries

Isolated White Glove Delivery Areas represent about 5% of the population in the Continental U.S. Delivery locations will be screened by ZIP code at check-out. If you are off the beaten path and in one of those areas, you will be alerted and asked to contact us to discuss your specific logistic requirements prior to completing your check-out. We will let you know if any surcharges need to be added to your order.   

Standard White Glove delivery charges included in the price of the MeDesk 2.0 are fully refundable. Surcharges for Isolated White Glove deliveries and returns are not.  Refunds for Isolated White Glove delivery returns will be reduced times two (both ways) the delivery surcharge. 

 

Onda Chairs Shipping and Assembly

Onda chairs will ship separately from your MeDesk 2.0, in a box, and will require simple assembly. Tracking for your chair will be sent separately from your MeDesk 2.0 shipment.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your MeDesk 2.0 for any damage before signing the delivery receipt. Damages due to transit and assembly that are not noted on the delivery receipt are not the responsibility of the Omnirax Furniture Company or their carriers. Please also inspect your Onda chair upon delivery and Contact Us immediately if there are any defects or damage to any products that you have ordered, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
